Architect Career Begins

At 18 years old, Matt Trenkle begins career as Architect Intern with Balestrieri-Kehoe & Associates, a full-service Architectural Firm in Elkhorn, WI. Many school and public building remodeling and addition projects along with a handful of single-family homes

The Residential design and drawing company started. Matt Trenkle ran the firm for a few years while in college. 7 addition/remodeling projects were built

Standard Real Estate Services LLC Started

In 2006 we were the first of our kind in Wisconsin - a true flat fee MLS, no commission, FSBO style listing service. All leads came from the Journal Sentinal. We listed over 100 properties in the first year and hired three agents

Matt receives Master of Architecture degree from renowned Illinois Institute of Technology

Adding a Madison area agent and access into Central WI Multiple listing service for flat fee MLS and buyer agency services with rebate

Standard Real Estate Expands into northeast and northwest areas of WI

2015

Adding two new agents and increasing our coverage area over 50%, at this point we cover 70% of the entire state of Wisconsin for flat fee MLS and discount realtor listings.

2016

Standard Real Estate begins to offer full service at discounted rates

We great success and feedback we increase our full-service offering, all while expanding to 10% of the entire market in Wisconsin for limited service flat fee type listings.

Trenkle Architecture & Construction LLC is born

2018

A unique brand new business model started dedicated to the idea that emotive, non-toxic timeless architecture can improve people's lives. We bring quality service to the average Wisconsonite at modest rates. The first year of business saw 5 new projects under construction.
