I have worked for Standard for 5 years now, and I have seen thousands of people save tens of thousands of dollars in commission. I am still blown away by the savvy business and the dedication Matt has to his clients. I have noticed many real estate companies in the years change their business models to become more competitive with Standard, which is a great thing to see. Matt is able to keep prices low by letting the clients handle their own transactions and he doesn’t get caught in the drama on the opposite side of the transaction.
